Things never work out quite the way I expect with my pets.  We originally got a nice soft dog bed for Keesha because of her bad hips.  But then Sadie was always on it, so we bought another one.  Now it seems Emmie has adopted this dog bed as her own.  And Sadie isn't going to challenge her on it.
